This equipment is mainly used for the rapid counting of the production of reel materials, the material type includes all the resistance-type materials and IC materials; through the use of X-RAY imaging of the production materials and access to image information, R & D of the image algorithm calculation, access to the actual number of materials, while the number of materials in accordance with the classification of statistics.

Installation

Unicomp will provide installation and calibration service at the customers location Installation includes assistance in registering your new x-ray system with local and state agencies where applicable. One (1) on-site radiation survey at the time of installation with supporting documents.

Training

Training will include:

X-Ray system control functions.

X-Ray image processing software training.

Basic X-ray signature analysis training.

Hands-on sample analysis using your typical samples.

Training certificates for all attendees.
